Look what We bought...and No it's not Fabric.

This is the Back where the Driveway will be...............

This is the Front.....this Block has 2 streets ...it took a bit for me to get my head around this as we've never had this before.....We I mean Mr.B & Moi..DS &DIL are building a 2 storey home here on a Golf Resort Complex here on the Gold Coast....well that's if all goes to Plan..We will live downstairs & the Kids will be up...Dual Living as such.

What there've done here is everyone's Garages are all behind in a lane so from Our Street you will only see the fronts of houses...I know confusing...

Anyway you'll get it once we get going....the Kids are so Excited being their first home DS has been drawing plans for months...meeting up with a builder on thursday so hopfully it will go OK with him & then WooHoo it's all systems Go.....

I love the process of picking Tiles & Kitchens....I'm having Neutrals this time round..

I'm off to Spotlight today to get wadding to finish a Quilt for Baby E's Birthday in March...

Still Raining here but we're not flooded...My Thoughts are going out to Our Blogging Friend in Maryborough-Beth hope you are fairing the floods OK...
