Thelma & Louise..revisited...aka Jeni & Maree.

Thelma & I headed off early Friday morning to her property at Esk.about 1.45mins from my home...here is our weekend in pictures...

The Farm House...Thelma & Her DH purchased this 6acre prop 12months ago & have been working non stop to re-build & re-furbish..inside & out...still some work to do but I was blown away with the amount of work they have done in such a short time...this is their Hobby farm.

Even a Loani Prior Teapot cover...I love her work.

the New Lounge..this room was all timber..walls & ceiling..how Gorgeous does it look now.

3 steps down into eating area...apparently the ceiling was caved in & the wiring hanging down in this room & all the walls were bessemer & painted Blue...can't Imagine..

See Thelma looking up at this Gorgeous BOM...the one with the Birdcages...she took A Full Kit Home...looking forward to her blogging about it's progress...for the farm house to go on her New White Rocking Chair..shhhh....Beautiful Fabrics...we found out they have Stitch In's here so we are keen to come next March ...apparently they have a Marquee out on the grass ...sounds Fab.

My retail therapy...

I've been after a ladder for years to put my Quilts on & we were able to get this into Thelma's car..woohoo!!..We Both managed to finish Bindings on our quilts so we were doing a Happy Dance last night...while watching Girlie movies of course.
Back to normal now ...the packing starts tomorrow....Thanks Thelma for a Great Weekend...just what I Needed.
