Friday Fun

Okay, so first with the good news! Friday we received our I800A approval (I-797) in the mail. It was dated 5/28, so why it took a week to arrive from Missouri, I have no idea. Still, good news is good news! Our final documents are on their way to the courier right now to be certified and authenticated. Hopefully our completed dossier will be on its way to China in a week or two.

Unfortunately, we received a phone call from our agency on Wednesday (June 2) letting us know that the possible referral is now no longer available to us for several more weeks due to a clerical error on China's part. Rats! We realize that if this particular referral is God's will, that this child will be made available to us when we are able to accept it in a few weeks. If this referral goes to another family, then God has a different child for us. We are confident of that.

The Last of my Birthday fat 1/4 parcel arrived from Fiona...Thanks Again Fee...also what's on my Needle this week...I love this wool...purchased from Lincraft yesterday...I'm making a Scarf..I first came accross this wool last year when I fixed up one of these for a Friend...once you get started it Knits up a Treat...I Hope to get to Brissy on Saturday for the BrisStyle Indie Markets...it's a Handmade Markets...just hope I can find it...I'm sure NavGirl Karen will get me there...
